Pioneer beta terms

Four points, no legalese. This is what you agree to when you sign up as a Pioneer, and it is short because there is not much to agree to.

No SLA and no uptime guarantee

This is an open beta. We do not promise availability, we do not owe you credits when something is down, and you should not put anything on it that would hurt to lose. When it breaks we will say so.

Twelve months of the paid plan, once a paid plan exists

There is no paid plan today. If and when one launches, your twelve free months start on that day and run from there. Until then everyone, Pioneers included, is on the free plan. If a paid plan never launches, nothing is owed and nothing is charged.

At least one round of feedback

The trade is your experience for our attention. That means at minimum one honest round: what you built, what got in the way, what you would not use again. A short survey at the end of the program covers it.

Features may change, or be withdrawn

Experimental work reaches Pioneer accounts first, which is the point, and some of it will change shape or be removed. We will not remove something you depend on without telling you first.

How ApiArk handles your data is a separate document. It is in the terms and privacy, and it applies whether you are a Pioneer or not.
